| Abstract | . Currently in Spain, the effort's access to free housing by young people is likely to have decreased globally as a consequence of the significant reduction of prices. However, this does not mean a greater ease of access since the requirements to buy or rent are substantially complicated, and not really means any improvement over previous years. The reason is that few young people possess a level of income sufficient to gain access to housing. All this in an unfavorable residential context: predominance of free hosing market in property, high prices and shortage of affordable rental housing, which means that this last tenure regime does not mean a real and effective alternative to facilitate autonomy and residential independence of young people. |
