| Abstract | The next article uses statistical data and a brief conceptual consideration to illustrate the impact of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) on teenagers and pre-teenagers. Data from the CASEN 2003 socioeconomic survey as well as theoretical considerations are employed to measure youngster’s accesses to ICT and its use. Besides, some conceptual elements related to the use of ICT as part of «youngster’s digital culture» are presented. |
