| Abstract | The present research entitled Coaching program in the management of the human talent of the teachers in the Educational Institution Santa Anita Huaral 2016. Its general objective was to determine the influence of the coaching program in the management of the human talent of the teachers of the Santa Anita Educational Institution Huaral, 2016. This investigation was carried out within the quantitative approach; the type was applied, quasi-experimental design. The study population was 30 teachers from the Santa Anita Educational Institution,, where it was sought to demonstrate that coaching influences the management of human talent, for the collection of data in the variable human talent management the survey technique was applied and instrument the questionnaire of a polytomic scale and its reliability of Alfa Cronbach (0.726), the validity of the instruments was provided by two thematic and a methodologist who agree in determining which instruments are applicable, to measure program coaching in the management of human talent of Teachers at the Santa Anita Educational Institution Huaral 2016. The results obtained after the processing and analysis of the data indicate that: the coaching program has a positive influence on the management of the human talent of the teachers of the Santa Anita Huaral Educational Institution 2016. This is demonstrated by the U de Mann test Whitney 0.000 (p-value = 0.000 <.05). |
