| Abstract | The present study sought to determine the influence of the LINARTE Coaching Program on the level of teacher performance. The design was experimenta l, specifically pretest-posttest pre-experimental with a single group. The sample consisted of twelve female teachers aged between 20 and 50 years old who belong to the primary level of a private school. The adapted version of the Teacher Heteroevaluation Form was used as instrument. Among the main results it was found that there are significant differences between the pretest and the posttest. It is concluded that the application of the LINARTE Coaching Program significantly increases the level of teacher performance. The implications of the results were discussed. |
