| Abstract | A business plan for the creation of company dedicated to the commercialization of Polish oats in the parishes of Tumbaco and Cumbaya is highlighted in this research. Being the target market, children, and adolescents in educational institutions in these sectors. To determine the tastes and preferences of them consumers, the authors employed methods qualitative and quantitative, as the surveys, interviews, and focus group. Of these tools of research is obtained data relevant for the new company, mainly about them prices preferred by the customers. Setting the price minimum for a glass of 7 ounces of oats Polish in $0.40 cents and a maximum of $2.80 dollars for a liter of the product. The price was determined based on the results obtained from surveys and focus group. The name chosen for the new company was Oat and Juice, same that will operate under the legal personality of a corporation. During the first year of operation, the company marketed only Polish oats. In the second year, to expand its product portfolio, Oat and Juice will begin to distribute the juices of Orange, lemon and coconut market, whose selling price per liter will be USD 1,92. To determine the viability of the business, is carried out an analysis financial same that threw that the project is viable, with a VAN of 1.671,18 dollars |
