| Abstract | This paper describes the application of EFQM Model on administration processes within System Engineering School at Universidad de Los Andes (EISULA). The aim of the study is to make a diagnosis of all the organization components and to recognize strengths from weaknesses. Data gathering was made through an autoevaluation instrument applied to different organization actors. Multivariate Analyses techniques were used to perform exploratory analyses. Principal Components Analysis was used to describe patterns within individuals and the different EFQM criteria; Discriminant Analysis was used to classify individuals according to their responses and to complete the process of patterns recognition. EISULA reached a score of 214.70, and therefore it is classified as a “Regular Organization” in this beginning of the road for achieving and consolidation Leadership and Excellence. Some particular patterns of opinions among organization members were observed. |
