| Abstract | This research aims to analyze resilience as a dynamic process, as well as the role of the teacher as a mechanism of transformation in the social politics of education. It seeks to understand how these education professionals promote resilience for themselves, as well as for their students. Likewise, it seeks to capture the meanings of it, what it serves, and how to develop this capacity. For this, the concept of resilience in the role of the teacher of the public school is explained, verifying which are the elements that characterize this process. We sought to understand the position of educators in the development of their resilient postures, since resilience articulates school education because of the important fact that school is a space that promotes it. The following formulations have as a sociological research problem: how can educators be used as a mechanism for positive transformation of students' reality, promoting their human and cultural development? How to use resilience in your favor? The first hypothesis: resilience is a capacity of overcoming that depends on external and internal (subjective) variables such as: motivation, adaptation, ideology, emotional balance, self-esteem, salaries among others. The second one: teachers who promote resilience are encouraging in the participation of public school students in programs and projects that promote their human and cultural development. |
