Dissertation (Master in Production Engineering) Post-Graduation Program in Production Engineering UFSC. J-he-present-work-objective_w.as,_based,on_a bibliographic research, to analyze the climate research methodology developed by BESC Santa Catarina State Bank, trying to identify the perception of its employees as communication factors, leadership style, inter-personnel relationship, work environment and conditions, enterprise image, realization sense, human resource policies and benefits, and life and health quality. It was a case study, that the research was held on the last trimester of 1998, and involved the whole Besc functional staff as the target population, resulting in 3.916 respondents. Through the realization of an explanatory research and participatory observation it was used a questionnaire as data collect tool, composed by 42 (forty-two), a positive affirmative in relation to nine researched factors. The compiled information description, from the research station held, received an analysis based on qualitative approach. The results confirmed the adequate model adopted on the present case study, and revealed a great satisfaction climate with realization sense, life and health quality and enterprise image factors.
