Abstract	espanolEl proposito de este estudio es probar una herramienta cualitativa que permita analizar las interacciones y los procesos de aprendizaje de la comunidad virtual AMIGOS SIN FOBIA SOCIAL COLOMBIA. Se construyo una matriz de analisis basada en el modelo propuesto por Garrison, Anderson y Archer (2000) para el estudio de comunicaciones mediadas por computador. Los resultados evidencian las fortalezas y debilidades que tiene la comunidad para generar aprendizaje a partir de la interaccion de sus miembros; ademas, se comprobo la utilidad de la herramienta para el estudio de las dinamicas de aprendizaje de las comunidades virtuales. Se propone para futuros investigadores mejorar la precision de la herramienta involucrando elementos de medicion cuantitativa. EnglishThe purpose of this study is to test a qualitative tool to analyze the interactions and learning processes of the virtual community AMIGOS SIN FOBIA SOCIAL COLOMBIA. A matrix based on the analysis model proposed by Garrison, Anderson y Archer (2000) for the study of computer�mediated communication was made. The results show the strengths and weaknesses which the community has to generate processes of learning from the interaction of its members. The usefulness of the tool for studying the dynamics of virtual learning communities was tested. The study recommends for further research to improve the accuracy of the tool, using elements of quantitative research.
