| Abstract | O objetivo deste texto e apresentar, para os curriculos de Engenharia, incluindo a respectiva carga horaria, minima e maxima, por semestre, uma proposta de implementacao de Atividades Complementares, cuja importância, no cenario atual, se justifica pelas mudancas de foco da organizacao, que passa a se orientar por competencias e habilidades, inovando as metodologias e o processo de ensino-‑aprendizagem. Embora nomeadas como complementares , contribuem para a formacao generalista, critica e reflexiva, aliada a formacao tecnicista, do engenheiro. Mesmo assim, percebe-se que nao estao efetivamente presentes nos Projetos Politico-Pedagogicos e nas Matrizes Curriculares desses cursos. Espero, pois, com esta proposta, motivar a insercao das Atividades Complementares como posssibilidade de interferir na mudanca de pensamento e de abordagem pedagogica nos cursos de Engenharia. Abstract The objective of this article is to present for the engineering curriculum, including the workload, minimum and maximum per semester, a proposal to implement complementary activities, whose importance in the current scenario, warranted by changes in focus of the organization, which shall be guided by competencies and skills, innovating methodologies and teaching-learning. Although named as complementary, contribute to the general education, critical and reflective, coupled with technical education for engineer. Even so, perceives that they are not actually present in the political-pedagogical projects and on curricular arrays of courses. I hope, with this proposal, motivating the inclusion of enrichment activities such as the possibility of an interfering change in thinking and approach in teaching engineering course.
