| Abstract | This article aims to understand the opinions and strategies that learners used in the part of the decision of cell phone’s ban in school in Cameroon. We have thus situated this work in sociology of uses, and used interview as technique of collecting data. The opinions developed by learners on this question, depend most of their level of studies than of their gender. But they recognise that the respect of this decision is not a reality in school. They explore many strategies to misappropriate it. This shows the limits of a techno-school rule issued of a technocratic and determinist approach. It’s then about to conceive one which is systemic and participative. Key-words : Cell phone’s ban ; school ; learners ; opinions ; strategies of misappropriation ; technoschool rule. |
