Abstract	The development of a public investment project to pre-feasibility level and its influence on the improvement of service growth and development of maternal and child health center district of Wichanzao hope, achieving sustainability of the project to evaluate the improvement of service The PIP hypothesis was that the proposed service improvement CRED CSMI if positively improve the quality of life and development of the child and the pregnant mother The population was 19,103 CRED service users attended in CSMI Wichanzao period in 2013, the sample consisted of 343 pregnant women and mothers of children under 0-5 The research is descriptive and research design is experimental with pre pre test and post test A previous diagnosis was performed to measure the level of satisfaction served as the center of health , identifying three fundamental problems , then the PIP was performed , giving as proposed three components , where the resolution capabilities of the staff is increased, the services are furnished and reengineering infrastructure becomes , the investment cost is 198.605 604.750 and administrative expenses , having a cost-effectiveness ratio of 45.06 in alternative 1 which was chosen this indicates that the PIP is sustainable
