| Abstract | The level of service culture in any company must aligned with the organization's strategy. There is a gap between preaching and practice. In the present job, it considered that this is due to the lack of clarity in the determinants of the level of service culture in the organizations; therefore, it not evaluated in the absence of measurements. The present job based on the study of the information of a unit of diagnostic images in a health center. It is composed of five parts: 1. Service culture approaches; 2. Regulatory news in the health service system in Colombia; 3. It presents strategic information about the level of service culture in the Unit of diagnostic images in A health center and 4. To formulate the current contributions in normative and the approaches of the culture in the service in the Unit of diagnostic images in a health center and finally. 5. To identify and to analyze the determinants to strengthen the level of culture of the customer service in the Unit of diagnostic images in a health center. |
