Abstract	Métagora est un projet international qui porte sur les méthodes, outils et cadres d’évaluation des droits de l’homme et de la gouvernance démocratique. Il a été lancé en février 2004, sous les auspices de l’OCDE/PARIS21, et a conclu ses travaux en août 2008. Son nom résulte de la combinaison de deux termes grecs : méta et agora.
