| Abstract | Quels moyens d’action les décideurs publics ont-ils à leur disposition pour préparer les élèves au monde de demain ? Le présent chapitre décrit le contexte propre aux différents pays de l’OCDE, les principales problématiques auxquelles ils sont confrontés et les politiques qu’ils ont adoptées pour aider les élèves à acquérir les compétences requises pour suivre un enseignement post-secondaire ou entrer dans la vie active. Parmi les mesures examinées figurent des politiques mises en œuvre pour permettre aux élèves d’achever avec succès le deuxième cycle du secondaire, garantir la qualité de l’éducation et de la formation professionnelles (EFP), améliorer la qualité de l’enseignement supérieur, ainsi que des stratégies visant à sécuriser et faciliter les transitions entre les différents parcours éducatifs, et le passage de l’école au marché du travail.Ce chapitre compare les politiques adoptées par les pays de l’OCDE entre 2008 et 2014, notamment à partir des Notes par pays présentées dans la , des Profils par pays réalisés dans le cadre des Perspectives des politiques de l’éducation et des études comparatives ou spécifiques à certains pays menées par l’OCDE. Les réformes diffèrent selon les pays, en fonction du contexte, des traditions, des structures et des défis nationaux et régionaux particuliers. Elles sont regroupées selon leur champ d’action et les différents moyens d’action mis en œuvre. |

National Digital Library of India (NDLI) is a virtual repository of learning resources which is not just a repository with search/browse facilities but provides a host of services for the learner community. It is sponsored and mentored by Ministry of Education, Government of India, through its National Mission on Education through Information and Communication Technology (NMEICT). Filtered and federated searching is employed to facilitate focused searching so that learners can find the right resource with least effort and in minimum time. NDLI provides user group-specific services such as Examination Preparatory for School and College students and job aspirants. Services for Researchers and general learners are also provided. NDLI is designed to hold content of any language and provides interface support for 10 most widely used Indian languages. It is built to provide support for all academic levels including researchers and life-long learners, all disciplines, all popular forms of access devices and differently-abled learners. It is designed to enable people to learn and prepare from best practices from all over the world and to facilitate researchers to perform inter-linked exploration from multiple sources. It is developed, operated and maintained from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur.
