Abstract	By analyzing the basic theories, the core concepts and the interconnections of cooperative learning and autonomous learning and organically integrating the advantages of these two learning theories, an overall framework of a new college English teaching mode is designed, which integrates cooperative learning and autonomous learning in the network multimedia environment. The framework is a completely new college English teaching mode organically formed by the combination of cooperative learning groups, the network platform and studio (forum), which provides a reference for achieving the goal of college English teaching and improving the students' learning efficiency.
