NDLI: Empirical study to measure index in ability of response to the antidumping

Abstract	Response to the antidumping is not only related to the development of enterprises and the gain of personal benefit, it is also related to the economic security of the country and industrial reconstruction. Through the measurement of the response antidumping ability, and improve the performance of response antidumping, it can ensure the country's interests as well as the development of enterprises. So taking factual needs as starting point, using relevant research result home and abroad, the thesis suggested 13 initial variable index of measurement which are multi-dimensional to measure the response antidumping ability. And then, choosing the measure index by forecast tries and the guide tests, established the ultimate index variables, and carried out factor analysis on the data. The empirical result indicated that measure index designed to response to the dumping ability owns fine reliability and validity.
