Abstract	With the rapid development of IT and Internet the world is becoming closer and closer and the culture gets more and more convergence. Under this background, more and more educators are concerned about how to maintain, highlight and develop excellent national culture. In the authorpsilas opinion, it is an effective ways to push paper-cut animation to mobile phone and it should be developed as Edutaiment. It not only solves the lack of M-learning resource currently but also is an effective means to maintain, highlight and innovate traditional culture. The thesis deduces a conclusion that the application of paper-cut animation on mobile phone is feasible and suitable from analyzing two physical characteristics of the mobile phone and six characteristics of paper-cut animation. Meanwhile, this paper also proposes that we should do some better from 4 viewpoints such as entertainment, instruction, computer creating and the characteristics in order to promote the development of paper-cut animation.
