Abstract	With the development of enterprises businesses and the need of international convergence, the enterprises of China need to import mature technologies so as to improve their own management course, rise the management level, and need to certificate their own management system to provide confidence and assurance for customers. All kinds of ISO systems need to manage a large number of documents, and people would to face much trouble if these documents were managed by manual processing. In order to solve this problem, this paper designs one kind of ISO document management system. This system combines management concept and its function closely; it makes enterprises benefit from the performance of ISO; furthermore, it provides enterprises sufficient guarantee from farther checking.
