Abstract	The modern science and technology and the rapid development of information technology, to a certain extent, promote the rapid development of the logistics management technology, the logistics, business flow, cash flow and information flow in supply chain flow, information flow for the development of the more prominent. The key factors of Logistics management success or failure are to the timeliness and accuracy of the information acquisition and processing. GIS technology as geographic data acquisition and storage, analysis, processing tools, can be a variety of geographic data according to different levels of contact form a model of the world and has powerful spatial data management and geographical analysis and spatial analysis ability, research method of logistics park planning based on GIS has important scientific significance to the logistics development.
