Abstract	With the development of science and technology and the popularity of Internet, information resources are abundant, but due to lack of network information transmission and publishing strict audit and filtering mechanism, it makes a lot of false information, repetitive information with them. The correctness of the network information resources and academic English learning has been widely questioned, some academic experts believe that if the researchers of network academic information directly used indiscriminately, the scientific research will lose its scientific nature. Therefore, reasonable network information resource for learning English is becoming in a more and more important position. It about how to effectively use the network resources, make the high quality of English learning resources for the user use has important significance.
