Abstract	In recent years, commercial Banks to accelerate the process of the international settlement business electronically, completed the unification of international settlement business processing platform, through the whole range of promote the use of the international business electronic process a leap. On the premise of international settlement business electronic, in view of the development trend in the field of international settlement and trade as well as the bank for international settlement and trade finance business bottlenecks faced by the Banks urgently need to be upgraded to international trade financing through the system from the extensive development of no rating credit constraint into the unified comprehensive credit risk control management. This article represented by bank for international settlements trade financing system, gives the bank of international settlement and trade finance system design and implementation.
