Abstract	The emerging development of IT and the mass of information are changing our world in recent years. For example, the locating technology can be used as mobile guide and combined with specific content in sight-seeing spots or monuments. We also called this kind of application with IT is named LBS (Location-Based Service, LBS) that allows user to receive information or service directly. This research tries to utilize the features of LBS to construct an environment for e-learning and makes users to focus on the particular interest in learning massive information. Besides, this research also assumes people prefer to ask “why” rather than getting answer from encyclopedia. Accordingly, generating a short question to arouse user's study motivation is the aim of this research which is trying to transform the learning mode to e-learning scope. Furthermore, the information should provide not only learning, but also provides how to correct the result. Therefore, this research is necessary to combine the concept of Web 2.0 with e-learning to satisfy various aspects' consideration. It also proposes a prototype system and tries to eliminate the existing issues that are owing to three motivations, “how does the user to allow and focus on the particular interest from massive information?”, “how does the user to present interested thing with accurate and concise method?”, and “how does user to avoid impracticable and exaggerated locating area which causes by information asymmetry?” Finally, this research uses a simple life case to illustrate how do users to interact with system and then conclude a brief summary to the future research.
