Abstract	Platipus is a workspace management system for educational institutes and early stage startups to manage process, information and provide a platform for smooth and transparent discussion. Platipus allows you to manage your work and connect with your team. Platipus aims to take work away from emails and structure it for you at one place, giving you a way to have a look at the overall picture. Students at IIIT Delhi face a lot of problems managing their co-curricular life as everything is distributed on multiple platforms and website. For instance, a member of a club usually has to join a email list, facebook group, like a facebook page and in a lot of cases join a whatsapp group. The main motivation for working on this project is to basically solve this problem. The web application allow students to have a look at all the club/student body they are part of at one single place. The mobile application allow students to set reminder for events, and checkout everything happening around them. The web application, is built on Python's django framework which uses model-view-controller design. The mobile application is built on android, communicating to the web application through REST API. The following report will briefly describe the problem statement, technologies involved, features and the work done this semester. We will conclude with the future roadmap for platipus being adopted this into IIIT Delhi's culture.
