| Abstract | ANALYSIS OF THE PROCESS OF TEACHING-LEARNING-TRAINING OF THE MASCULINE LITTLE VOLLEYBALL CATARINENSE: A STUDY OF CASES Author: André Luis Donegá Advisor: Prof. Dr. Viktor Schigunov The general objective of this research was to characterize the process of teachinglearning-training of the masculine little volleyball, implemented in the clubs catarinenses with tradition in that modality. For so much, took place a descriptive-exploratory research. They participated in the study 54 athletes, of the masculine gender, as well as the respective trainer. To analyze the training sessions the adapted instrument concentrated basically on three general spheres: complexity of the activities, complexity of the tasks and complexity of the ecological field. An interview was used semi-structured that face-to-face was accomplished with the trainers. The subjects left of generating themes, to obtain information on the trainer's biography, the sources of knowledge, the pedagogic approach and the planning developed in the sessions. The data were analyzed, initially, through the descriptive statistics (average, percentile frequency and I divert pattern). In the analysis of the variables the test Qui-square was used, contained in the program SPSS, version 11.0. The level of adopted significance was of p <0,05. They were analyzed typical weeks of training of the periods of basic and specific preparation during the sporting season of 2006 of each team. The principal obtained results indicated a tendency of the trainers in privileging similar methodological processes to the logic of the game. However, it was verified great variety of progressions and combinations of foundations used by the trainers, confirming there not to be an only and standardized model of exercises to be followed by the trainers of this category; and that this diversity in the way of teaching is influenced by different factors, among the ones which: your initial and continuous formation, your professional path and your relationship with the athletes. In a general way the athletes corresponded to the tasks placed by the trainers, participating actively, aiding the other athletes, and few times altering the degree of difficulty of the activities and also in the wait of your accomplishment. It can be affirmed that there was a parity in the behaviors assumed by the trainers of the little category during the training sessions, all try to guide and to correct the execution of the technical and tactical foundations, supplying " feedbacks " to the athletes. The main sources of the trainers knowledge are: the previous experiences while athlete, the continuity of the initial and continuous formation, the change of experience with other trainers, the participation in technical courses of volleyball accomplished by the Brazilian confederation, besides the improvement of the practice in elapsing of the training sessions. About the methodological conceptions the trainers' opinions are similar to the they choose the technique and the tactics as fundamental in the process of teaching-learning of the volleyball, however, they don't possess a common consent on the teaching forms.
