| Abstract | The present work is focused on one of the dimensions of a case-study developed in the context of a master thesis about practicum supervision in a primary school. Using a systhemic approach, the first author tries to reach a perception and understanding of the conceptions and representations of the research subjects so as to understand the the impact of practicum supervision of initial training students in the learning process and organizational development of the cooperative school. Analysis and interpretation of data of the empirical study suggest a slight potentiation of this supervisory process within the organizational process., despite the fact that the school has been receiving student-teachers for more than a decade. Yet, an openness is shown to gain this so far lost opportunity and to put into practice new practicum supervision stategies so as to promote the ecological development of the school and the creation of a learning community that develops knowledge about itself. |
