Abstract	This research is entitled “ The Influence of Leadership and Motivation on Job Satisfaction of PT. Asam Jawa Medan. The method of analysis used was descriptive analysis, statistical analysis consisting of simple double regression analysis, significance test partially and coefficient of determination. The type of research was associative by using primary and secondary data which were obtained through documentation study and questionnaires which were measured by using licert scale and analyzed statically by using SPSS 16.00 for windows program. The result of the research showed that simultanly the leadership and motivation had positive and significant influence on the working of PT. Asam Jawa medan. In partial test showed that motivation influenced significantly on the working. Throught coefficient of determination test (adjust R square) value of 0,229 was gained, it means 22,9% of job satisfaction in PT. Asam Jawa medan could be explained by leadership and motivation., and the rest, 77,1% could be explained by anathor varable outside of this research.
