| Abstract | The summary is a synthesis of the problem: “The quality of urban transport service in section 2 of line 1 of the Lima metro and the security of the belongings of users of metropolitan Lima, 2015”. According to the perception of 1’369.566 of users of the electric train that crosses section 2 of line 1 of the Lima metro built by the Peruvian government, who affirm that it has not been possible to solve the problem of mass urban transport in the District of San Juan de Luringancho, District of the Agustino and Sector of Jicamarca of District of San Antonio of Province of Huarochirí. The objective of the research was to study the phenomenon, to find possible deficiencies of the service and to make the recommendations to solve the problems. The methodology applied the method of descriptive observation, hypothetical deductive quantitative approach. The design applied as a technique the survey and the questionnaire as an instrument to collect the sample data directly from the field. The questionnaire considered the sample for the convenience of 84 users, so that through the survey they answer 33 items about the variables and their dimensions of urban transport. The Excel 2013 program and the SPSS software were applied for data processing version 22. The descriptive analysis and correlation of variables was performed using the Rho coefficient of Spearman, a result of Rho = 0.308 ** was found, being interpreted as a high relation, with a ρ = 0.00 (p <0.05), with Which rejects the null hypothesis therefore the results indicate that there is a direct and significant relationship between the variables the two variables. The positive value of the Rho confirms that the variables have a direct and significant relationship, confirms that if one of them increases the other also increases. Research has shown that while the variable: The quality of urban transport service in section 2 of the Lima metro line 1 is of bad and poor quality, the variable the quality of security of users’ belongings is also Of bad and terrible quality. The scientific approach could also assert otherwise: While the bad and poor quality of the urban transport service in section 2 of the Lima metro line 1 increases, the bad and poor quality of the security of the users’ belongings also Increases. |
