| Abstract | The investigation had the objective of determining the relationship that exists among attitudes toward the public administration and perception of the quality of the external users' of the Superior Organism of Recruitings of the State service OSCE, Lima 2018. The investigation type was basic, the design not experimental, traverse and correlacional. The sample was composed by 138 users from the Area of attention to the citizen of the Organism of Supervision of Recruitings of the State .OSCE who were selected in probabilistic form. The used technique was the survey and the instrument to gather the data it was the questionnaire. With the purpose of determining the validity of the instruments the trial of experts it was used and the dependability was calculated using the Coefficient Alpha of Cronbach being the result 0.868, in the questionnaire of attitudes toward the public administration and 0.819 in the questionnaire of quality of service. The results make conclude that significant relationship exists (rho = 0,899; p < 005) among attitudes toward the public administration and perception of the quality of the external users' of the Superior Organism of Recruitings of the State service OSCE, Lima 2018. This means that to better attitudes toward the administration better public perception of the quality of servicie.
