| Abstract | O presente trabalho visa demonstrar a importância dos tratados internacionais de direitos humanos e quais sao as principais cortes internacionais e nacionais que podem ser utilizadas como mecanismo de aplicacao de um tratado internacional de direitos humanos, observando que o pais inadimplente podera incorrer em punicoes de cunho internacional por essas cortes, gerando-se assim, consequencias drasticas contra sua imagem no plano internacional, diante de relacoes com outros paises. This present study aims to demonstrate the importance of international human rights treaties and what are the main international and national courts that can be used as a mechanism for applying an international human rights treaty, noting that the defaulting country may incur international punishments for these courts, thus generating drastic consequences against its image on the international level, in the face of relations with other countries. |
