| Abstract | espanolEste trabajo presenta una experiencia de divulgacion de las matematicas a traves de los recursos comunicativos de memes y caricaturas. Se fundamenta en las bondades que proporcionan los elementos ilustrativos para abordar diversas tematicas, y en particular para divulgar lo aprendido en clase de matematicas. Los resultados de la experiencia llevada a cabo durante dos anos escolares con 187 estudiantes de grados decimo y once de una institucion publica en Colombia revelan como el empleo de este tipo de recursos aporta a la motivacion hacia las matematicas, desarrolla la creatividad y capacidad de sintesis, al tiempo que contribuye una actividad dinamica e interdisciplinar. EnglishThis work presents an experience of dissemination of mathematics through the communicative resources of memes and cartoons; It is based on the benefits provided by the illustrative elements to address various issues, and in particular to disseminate what was learned in math class. The results of the experience carried out during two school years with 187 students of grades ten and eleven of a public institution in Colombia, reveal how the use of this type of resources contributes to the motivation towards mathematics, develop creativity and ability to synthesis, while contributing a dynamic and interdisciplinary entertainment. |
