| Abstract | This article presents a study about the teaching-le arning practices and their suitability with the political project of teaching in a large private un iversity in São Paulo / SP. The aim of this study is to investigate the dynamics of the classro om teacher, the resources used, discussion on building learning, planning the course of busine s administration, the market connections in the learning process and student assessment. In the first part of this study will be considered as the main pillars of theoretical conce pts concerning pedagogical elements such as course design, methodologies, knowledge and eval uation. The methodology is qualitative and descriptive in nature as a strategy for data an alysis is adopted content analysis. In this study we used two sources of information: the obser vations of the classroom environment and documents the university about their teaching pract ices by collecting the most complete possible sequence data relevant to the process stud ied. At the conclusion indicated as critical factors the search for an identity on the part of t eachers and students in the construction, integration and application of theories and practic es, seeking consistency in learning. |
