| Abstract | This study aims to study the influence of inhibiting factors and facilitating factors to the dissemination of knowledge in the knowledge management process in a great organization. Was used a qualitative approach, with the unit of analysis a major national industrial organization, existing for more than 90 years. The data has been collected through documents, unsystematic observations and semi-structured interviews. As the data treatment, strategy was used documental analysis and content analysis. The knowledge management is imbricated by inhibiting factors and facilitating factors that contribute to the processes of creation, dissemination and utilization of knowledge. The results showed that inhibiting factors at any level they exist, should be treated as challenges to be faced so that they can achieve satisfactory results in the trajectory of knowledge management. At the same time, factors identified as facilitators, should be maintained, expanded, stimulated and encouraged by managers. |
