Abstract	Este artigo tem como objetivo apresentar algumas reflexoes sobre a inclusao escolar no sistema educacional brasileiro, identificando alguns paradoxos inerentes a nossa realidade, uma vez que a educacao inclusiva pressupoe alteracoes significativas em toda a estrutura vigente. Uma concepcao inclusiva de educacao implica em mudancas substanciais na estrutura macro e micro que envolve a escola, desde politicas passando por gestao, culminando em mudancas atitudinais de respeito e valorizacao das diferencas como elemento fundamental da constituicao humana e imprescindivel para o desenvolvimento de uma sociedade democratica. O artigo discute ainda alguns topicos como politicas publicas, formacao de professores e organizacao do espaco escolar como elementos chave da mudanca de paradigma necessaria para a efetivacao de uma educacao para todos. ABSTRACT This paper presents some reflections on school inclusion in the Brazilian educational system, identifying some paradoxes inherent to our reality, since the inclusive education foresees significant changes in the entire structure available. An inclusive conception of education implies substantial changes in the macro and microstructures that involve the school, from the policies passing through the management, up to attitudinal changes of respect and valorization of differences as fundamental elements of human constitution and necessary for the development of a democratic society. The paper further discusses some issues as public policies, training of teachers and organization of the school space as key elements to a necessary change in paradigm, for the achievement of education for all.
