| Abstract | In this work we present a revision about the social and psychological different aspects that are associated to professional conditions of retirement. First, we describe the factors which are in the origin of the perceptions that the worker shows about the retirement, as well as the instruments that have been usually utilized for these factors evaluation, and the negative psychological character consequences that can be valued in the people who don´t adapt well to the retirement. Likewise, we present a well emocional adjustment analysis of the people who retire and the processes that explain the satisfaction perception that particular workers feel. We finish presenting an structure of formative accion for improve the retirement adjustment and adaptation, as well as the most outstanding conclusions and future research lines. |
