| Abstract | This study proposes implications and practical improvement of family restaurant services to provide convenient and comfortable dining area by analyzing how the factors of family restaurant work environment, which is in continuous increase trend, have influence in job satisfaction and organizational commitment. As a result, first of all, the positive recognition on payment, welfare, relationship between colleagues, and personal evaluation felt during works of family restraint employees has shown to have influence in job satisfaction. However, the factors related to training do not effect in job satisfaction. Second, the general satisfaction in works of family restaurant employees showed to have influence in organizational commitment.
