| Abstract | The present study aims to describe the way that collectives of black women, crespas and cacheadas, have developed and strengthened anti-racist education through cyberactivism, as a new way of political mobilization and social participation. Therefore, the Discourse Analysis methodology is carried out in the following Facebook groups: Coletivo Vício Cacheado, Coletivo de Cacheadas e Crespas de Salvador e Coletivo da Marcha do Empoderamento Crespo – MEC, adding participant observation in the events held by these collectives in the city of Salvador/BA. The result is the observation that black women use social networks, Facebook, as a space to mobilize and encourage the acceptance of curly/natural hair, in dialogue with female empowerment, as a way to combat racism, fostering actions and strategies for building public policies that favor the improvement of objective and subjective conditions for the black population.
