| Abstract | A pesquisa em sala de aula representa uma estrategia que propoe vinculos entre ensino e pesquisa, tornando docentes e discentes parceiros na busca do conhecimento conjugando teoria e pratica como aliados no processo educativo. Este artigo relata a experiencia da pesquisa em sala de aula nas disciplinas de Introducao a Engenharia Ambiental e Metodologia da Pesquisa do Curso de Engenharia Ambiental do CREUPI. Apresenta o marco conceitual e metodologico obtido na utilizacao desta estrategia de ensino, relatando o processo de cada disciplina, bem como os resultados advindos desta pratica. Palavras-chave: Engenharia Ambiental, pesquisa em sala de aula, ensino ABSTRACT ABSTRACT Classroom research is a strategy that proposes linking teaching and research, thereby rendering teachers and students partners in the search for knowledge and combining theory and practice as allies in the educational process. This paper reports on classroom research experience in the subjects of Introduction to Environmental Engineering and Research Metodology, which are disciplines taught in CREUPI’s Environmental Engineering course. The conceptual and methological landmark achieved through this educational approach is discussed, analyzing the process involved in each discipline as well as the results derived from this practice.
