| Abstract | The Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador recognizes children and adolescents as one of the priority groups of Ecuadorian society, who deserve protection and preferential specializes in public and private areas, and the family, the society and the state, called execute all necessary actions to protect them. Besides the Constitution, the State imposes the obligation to implement all measures to protect children and adolescents from all forms of abuse and violence against negligence that can cause them, and also against the negative influence you can generate in them the information disseminated through media. But the existence of constitutional norms above occurs in Ecuadorian society problem, which is not only national, but international, and is one that has to do with the conduct of sexual harassment and intimidation exerted on against children and adolescents through computer media and social networks. In reviewing the Code of Children and Adolescents, states that no legislation to curb the behaviors described above, it is not even referring to the possibility that the children and adolescents of Ecuador are affected by these illegal behaviors , thus creating a legal vacuum threatening sexual freedom and integrity of these people. The problems detailed in the previous pages is studied in this research paper, entitled: "BULLYING AND INTIMIDATION CHILDREN AND TEENS THROUGH MEDIA AND COMPUTER NETWORKS AND ITS REGULATION IN THE CODE OF CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS". The work is set throughout for Academic Regime Regulations National University of Loja, and concludes with the approach of a legal proposal to reform the Code of Children and Adolescents, in relation to the issues dealt with in the same. |
