| Abstract | Physiotherapeutic procedure for deformities of the lower limbs, is a series of exercises set for total or partial improvement of these anomalies, it consists of relaxation exercises, elasticity, strength and postural correction, which are required with specific time and number of repetitions to be used correctly. This Physiotherapeutic procedure is used to improve or correct the following deformities: flat feet, knees genu, knee in genu valgus, internal twist legs and clubfoot, occurring in children at “Hospital de Ninos Alfonso Villagomez Roman”, with different symptoms such as pain, exhaustion, claudication in the march, children / as who misstep over his own feet. For this the used instruments are hand towels, marbles, rollers, broomsticks, pencils, small balls, for strengthening exercises, elasticity, relaxation and postural correction. to research use the analytical method, as we study and analyze how research applied to children with deformities of the lower limb, its symptoms and the best treatment plan applied is given to each of them, reaching conclude with an analysis of statistical data to their respective procedures applying improved: their physical capacity strengthening its musculature, composure in the march, and correcting their abnormal postural patterns through postural exercises and relieving pain through relaxation exercises |
