| Abstract | The present research work entitled "Professional competences at the level of management of administrative services in the supply office of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights, Lima 2018", had as a general problem the following question: How do the competencies professionals influence the management of administrative services in the supply office of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights, Lima 2018? and the main objective was to identify how professional competences influence the management of administrative services in the supply office of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights, Lima 2018. In the methodological aspect, the research work is of a basic type, the design is nonexperimental cross-sectional. The study population corresponded to 52 workers belonging to the supply office of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights. The instrument used was the questionnaire, which included Likert scale alternatives, with which the information was collected with which the statistical analysis was performed. The data processing was carried out according to the Spearman correlation coefficient of r = 0,995** which showed that professional competencies do have a favorable influence on the management of administrative services in the supply office of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights; this study focused on determining if the professiona l competences are developed in an adequate manner in said Ministry, obtaining results that show that the majority of the workers who perform their tasks assure that they are regular and in some cases deficient. |
