| Abstract | The present investigation entitled: Professional competences of the staff of the parties of the Superior Court of Justice of Lima East, 2018, is centered in determining what is the level of professional competences of the staff of the parties of the Superior Court of Justice of Lima East, 2018? Regarding the methodology is descriptive and quantitative cross-sectional since it is oriented to the knowledge of reality as it is presented in a given time space situation, acquiring information and theorization of the variable to expand the body of knowledge existing so far about these variables. The sample is made up of 108 servers from the table of parts of the Superior Court of Justice of Lima East 2018 and as a tool a questionnaire consisting of 18 items with the Likert response scale was used. The results of the investigation show that between the level of professional competencies of the staff of parties of the Superior Court of Justice Lima East 2018, it is efficient in 26.9%, inefficient in 55.6% and deficient in 17, 6% |
