| Abstract | This independent study aims to investigate the feasibility on the opening Gas Station in Amphoe Kranuan, Khon kaen Province. The study randomly collected data from 400 Personal questionnaires are obtained in order to survey opinion and behavior of the customers. In addition other information are collected from related books, journals, articles and relevant statistics. Inconsidering this study, marketing, technique, managerial and financial analysis, SWOT analysis are also done. The results for the feasibility of investment ona total of 20percentof sample size regularly uses no brand gas station,gasoline spend estimate 2,000 baht per month, frequency visitis 1-2 times a week.No brand Gas Station is cheaper than another branded, convenient location and well-trained staffs always before starting to work. Initial investment is 9,547,400 Baht, shows that net present value320,653.81 Baht, payback period is 6 years 1 month 14 days, while the internal rate of return is 10.75 percent. Therefore, an investment of Gas Station in Amphoe Kranuan, Khon kaen Province is feasible. |
