| Abstract | The purpose of this study is to study the possibility of choosing coffee franchise companies for investment. The study of the expansion of coffee franchises in Khon Kaen Province focuses on marketing, finance, and management in order to choose the best coffee franchise company as a business model or a case study for starting coffee franchise business. According to the survey result, 82% of respondents choose Café Amazon which makes it the most popular coffee franchise. Their reasons of choosing Café Amazon are 1) the quality and quantity are worth the price, 2) there are bakery and wifi services, and 3) there is convenient parking lot. Management of Café Amazon is divided in to 5 parts including manager, baristas, bakers, customer service, and housekeeping. The monthly expense of Café Amazon is 75,000 baht or 900,000 baht per year. The study found that the location of the coffee shops plays an important part in attracting customers. The coffee shops near universities and communities are likely to attract more customers. The financial study found that the payback period of is one year and the ratio of return on investment is 83% which is worth 2,839,790 baht in net present value. According to the analysis of the possibility of this project, The analysis shows that Café Amazon is the best choice of coffee franchises in Khon Kaen Province |
