| Abstract | The Theory of Multiple Intelligences developed by Howard Gardner explains intelligence as the abilities to solve problems and create products with impact. Law studies requires changes in its curriculum, so that professionals can develop skills to deal with the challenges of the contemporary world. This article presents the theory of multiple intelligences as the reality needed to change Law studies, pointing to some innovations by recognizing the interrelationship between the nine intelligences addressed by Howard Gardner and law studies. For this research a literature and document review were conducted.
