This study aims to examine the process of building a sustainable future from the perception of experts on the subject. The method integrates concepts of responsible leadership, management, values, sustainability and metaphors and utopian dystopias. Are given questionnaires to bias in qualitative impressions of the importance of sustainability in the process of building the future. The methodology provides consistent response to the strategic planning allows organizations to view the construction of scenarios and possible vision of the future through the construction of utopias, consisting of a powerful tool for building a desirable future. Among the findings is highlighted the importance of creating a culture, vision and mission for sustainability within organizations, responsible leadership and values have key role to enhance the action must follow the speech, the mobilizing Utopia can be used as the vision "of future sustainable development of organizations. |
