| Abstract | FERREIRA, Vania Regina Barcellos. A utilização de práticas de gestão do conhecimento em organizações da sociedade civil que trabalham com projetos de inclusão digital – Um estudo de caso. UFSC: Florianópolis, 2007. Dissertação (Programa de Pós-Graduação Engenharia e Gestão do Conhecimento. Mestrado em Engenharia e Gestão do Conhecimento). This researches has for objective identify and establish the practices of knowledge management that support the Organizations of Civil Society that works with projects of digital inclusion and aim at the trials of reconstruction, insertion and strengthening of the citizenship. To achieve the objectives proposed it was structured the theoretical draft in such way that for the digital inclusion to be carried out, it is indispensable to exhibit to target cast the cyberspace. In that virtual world the function of New State, whose programs of electronic government (e-Gov), focus to promote the citizenship through the social inclusion, is shown. Therefore the e-Gov grants, to those new included citizens, the access to services, information and social control, through clear usage of public resources and budget. In this context, join to State the initiatives of Third Sector Organizations for fulfill its social function look for support and establish partnerships with Second Sector Organizations, whose initiatives are recognized for society as ‘Social Responsibility’. In this way, ‘Social Nets’ are created, where State and organizations with or without lucrative ends works joined in favor for citizenship. Through technological metasynapse, using the instruments of Technologies of the Information and Communication (TICs), the practices of knowledge management arise in that outline to store, blow up and transfer knowledge to social universe. This research characterizes to be exploratory and descriptive. To get the objectives proposed the methodological procedures used for data gathering were: documentary and bibliographical research and closed contacts. Techniques of closed observation not participant, questionnaire and interview. The method of one unique case study was used in the qualitative analysis of the studied organization: the Associação Meninos do Morumbi. This develops projects of digital inclusion that encloses the searched universe. The used methodology if justifies by the foundation that association investigated is a representative case of nonprofit organization and with social ends, what it made possible to test the foundations proposed for revision of literature, which is: to elaborate a theoretical structure whose resulted can be serve of model to similar Organizations of Civil Society. The results of this study suggest the presented theoretical foundation shows the elements in that outline (individual, community, First, Second and Third Sectors, social responsibility, digital inclusion, e-Gov, practices of knowledge, education and cyberspace) have intrinsic empirical relations, being able to have a theoretical and practical evolution of the studied set. To conclude that, with the interaction among all involved actors in this research, including in this universe the ideas and theories, the social actions carried by organizations, like Associação Meninos do Morumbi, will get success and will become perennial, true knowledge organizations.
