| Abstract | Resumen L a tutoria en la educacion superior, res-tringida al acompanamiento escolar, se percibe como muy limitada, al contrastarla con los retos planteados por la sociedad del conocimiento. Resulta indispensable transitar desde la tutoria enfocada unicamente al ambiente estrictamente escolar, hacia un nuevo proceso de tutoria, orientado a desarrollar individuos creativos, aptos para actuar en los ambientes dinamicos y complejos en los cuales realizaran su vida profesional y productiva para convertirse en factor de innovacion. La sociedad del conocimiento demanda una nueva tutoria que sea un nicho para la adquisicion de competencias, capacidades y la conformacion de redes humanas para la gestion del conocimiento, articulando los am-bientes escolares con los entornos autenticos de desarrollo academico e innovacion profesional. Palabras clave: tutoria, sociedad del conocimiento, universidades. Abstract T utorial plans are restricted as a form of a class companion between higher education environments. It has a very limited view if we compare it with the higher goals impose by the knowledge society. Its very important to move on from the usual tutorial system to one focused on a new process to develop creative individuals, as to have a good rating when acting on the dynamic and complex surroundings where they will spend their life as a professional, so productive as to become a meaning of change. The society of knowledge wants a whole new idea about the tutorial figure, as to be a place to acquirer capacities and abilities as to shape a human web to manage knowledge to join school environment with the real atmosphere from de academic development and professional innovations.Key words: tutorial, knowledge society, universities. |
