| Abstract | This study aimed to analyze the perception of the Executive Secretary in relation to social responsibility. As for the purpose, the research is characterized as an exploratory-descriptive research, and as to the means is characterized as a field research. The approach of the study was quantitative and the instrument used for data collection was the questionnaire. For data analysis we used descriptive statistics and exploratory factor analysis using the SPSS software version 20. As a result of the research it was found that the Executive Secretary sees social responsibility as improvement in quality of life, behavior change, respect for the individual and the environment, commitment to the welfare, investment, image enhancement and cooperation. To conclude, one realizes that the Executive Secretaries are not outdated on the subject. |
