| Abstract | The accelerated pace of life has caused professionals and individuals in general to be concerned about their physical and psychological well-being, since work obligations and routine, are causing high levels of stress, causing various problems on a personal or organizational level. The present business plan aims to determine the viability of creating a spa specialized in treating stress in the city of Chiclayo, which will provide various treatments to people of the lucky lifestyle, dependent and independent workers and through packages that Companies can offer their workers a job benefit as an option that not only improves the physical and emotional state of people but also the working environment in the company. In order to determine the viability of the business plan, the market study was developed by applying interviews to managers of private companies and 263 surveys, obtaining as a result that 84% of respondents have the need to create a spa specialized in treating stress. It was also determined that the costs and expenses involved in setting up the company amount to S/. 118121, the revenue generated by sales is S/. 499105 in the first year; Therefore, the amount of the investment can be recovered in the third year of activity of the company, these results are reflected in a NPV of S/. 73,826 and a TIR of 42%. |
